Cowboys win at Chamberlain:7-5

Gaither added three lat runs to rally for a win at Chamberlain on Monday. Josh Choe singled to right to tie the game in the sixth, and a productive ground ball from Ryder Warriner gave the Cowboys the lead for good on the next at-bat. Gaither built a little insurance in the seventh when Anthony Linares led off with a triple, and scored on a Jackson Mirza (2-for-3, two doubles, run) sac fly. Noah Lockler took over on the mound for the Cowboys and pitched 2 1/3 innings, allowing just one hit and struck out three. Linares finished off the win recording a strikeout to earn the save.
